Try DreamDry for 60 nights. If it isn't right for your family, email us within 60 days of delivery and we'll give you a full refund of the product price. No need to send anything back.
How to request a refund
- Email help@dreamdry.store within 60 days of your delivery date.
- Include your order number and the email address you used at checkout.
- That's it. You don't need to return the product.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to show up.
Subscriptions
If you signed up for recurring deliveries, you can cancel anytime. Email help@dreamdry.store with your order number and "Cancel subscription", and we'll cancel within 1 business day and confirm by email. Every delivery is covered by the same 60-night guarantee.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.
